Fabrication Sales

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a goal-driven, energetic salesperson to generate work, new leads and long-term customers for our heavy fabrication and machine shop. The job includes developing customer relationships and understanding their needs. This position will require developing product presentations, sales support plans, competitive analysis and strategic planning for customers within the assigned territory. Technical background is preferred but not required in order to fully present the products we offer and to help the customer understand the value package we deliver. This position will be required to travel 75% of the time and will also be responsible for the following:
o Maintain updated sales plans
o Developnewbusinessopportunitieswhilemaintainingexistingcustomerrelationships o Identify opportunities for entry into new market areas
o Conduct presentations, both technical and commercial, with client or client engineering
contractor's designers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be able to sit and stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Ability to crouch, twist, bend, kneel and stoup for extended periods of time
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for extended periods of time
• Must be able to pull and back a trailer

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience in the construction and manufacturing markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Gas Compressor Mechanic

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a goal-driven, energetic person with experience in industrial gas compression service products
and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure and within a team environment and have excellent communication skills. All candidates must have mechanical ability and hand tool experience. This position performs various up-keep and maintenance duties, duties may also include assisting other shop personnel, running parts and supplies from the warehouse to the shop floor. General assembly work that may require operating automated machinery and various power/hand tools.

Responsible for disassembling, repairing, and rebuilding gas compressors and related equipment
• Can identify, diagnose, and fix most compressor equipment component and instrument problems
• Works on various mechanical and engine components, instruments (e.g. pumps, controllers, valves, etc.), engine makes/types and accessories at shop location; will be required to work at field sites
• Possesses a strong knowledge of new compressor technologies and comprehensive mechanical, diagnostic and analytical skills
• Replaces and overhauls most compressors, checking bearings, crankshaft, etc.
• Works under general supervision, can complete basic tasks without direction
• Cleans gas compressor parts and equipment
• Performs various up-keep and maintenance duties not limited to running parts and assisting other employees

Entry Level Accountant - Casper, WY

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compression Leasing Services, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to be responsible for a full range of accounting assignments, including but not limited to:
• Process bank reconciliations
• Analyze and reconcile income statement and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Process and file state sales tax returns, annual income returns and year-end audits analysis Compile and review information for accuracy and maintain accurate records
• Create journal entries and process expenses
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong written and oral communication skills, be extremely organized and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds unassisted

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field or equivalent experience is required. Must have applicable prior work experience.
Experience in QuickBooks and SAP is preferred.

Building Maintenance - Casper, WY

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Building Maintenance position will be responsible for the day-to-day building maintenance of two buildings. This position will work under little to no supervision to ensure all equipment, lighting and operating systems are in good repair and working correctly in addition to general maintenance of all systems.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to crouch, twist, bend, kneel and stoup for 8-10 hours at a time
• Use of hands to operate and assemble
• Must be able to work in acclimate weather
